WHY DO WE EXIST? (Mission)
We exist to raise up sons and daughters who burn to see Jesus, reflect his glory and enlarge his kingdom.
- Sons & daughters: Born into the kingdom of God
- Burn to see Jesus: Develop a personal relationship with God
- Reflect his glory: Minister to others
- Enlarge his kingdom: Reproduce through evangelism/missions
WHO ARE WE? (Outcome of Mission)
We are Spirit-centered, word-filled, passionate worshipers who pray fervently, love intentionally, and whose hearts burn to see Jesus and reflect his glory to every creature under heaven.
- Spirit-centered: We anticipate the moving of the Holy Spirit
- Word-filled: We give our attention to the words of Scripture and submit to its dictates
- Passionate worshipers who pray fervently: Refuse to remain passive
- Love intentionally: Moving beyond barriers
HOW DO WE BEHAVE? (Core Values)
Resting, Reaching, Ruling
- Resting: The faith component. Roots us in the knowledge that our destiny is sealed in the completed work of Christ.
- Reaching: The hope component. Keeps us moving toward the things ahead and protects us from apathy.
- Ruling: The works component. We were created for dominion (not domination), and we must learn to take it.
