The decision to believe in Jesus and to trust him for your salvation is a powerful first step. Every angel in heaven rejoices when one person takes that step, and if you are reading this the odds are every angel in heaven has recently had a party in your honor!
This teaching explains that believing in Jesus has three components: 1) believing that God loves you and choosing to embrace that love daily, 2) believing that God’s love for you compelled him to send his son, Jesus to die for your sin, and 3) believing that by trusting in Jesus for your salvation you have the gift of eternal life.
