Description
Once you make the 50% deposit, you’ll receive an email with instructions for communicating your vision and direction for your site. Once you submit this information to us, someone will contact you within 2 business days to talk through your material and seek agreement on the process and timeline.
The first draft design of your site should be available for your review within 15 business days. If you approve of the design with requests for moderate modifications, your site should be complete and ready to launch within another ten to fifteen business days.
If for any reason you feel during the initial consultation that we are unable to make provision for your needs, you may request a full refund of your deposit and it will be granted expediently.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the first draft of your site, you may request a 50% refund of your deposit and it will be granted expediently (at which point your hosting account will also be closed).
However, we will do our absolute best to provide you with a design that you can be proud of. Your full satisfaction is our priority.
